- UPS Express Saver: The delivery times is 1- 5 Business days. Delivery by end of day.
- UPS Express: The delivery times is 1- 3 Business days. Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon.
DHL Worldwide Express: This shipping method will be registered, tracked and insured. Offer the Services of the best logistician for international Express delivery door-to-door. Total insurance in case of lost or damage. It is available for all orders.

- DHL Express 12PM: Express 24h most countries. Delivered by 12PM
Shipping prices include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and price of the shipment.
Your package will be dispatched with special care to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns. All our products have 15 days to return them. Once it reaches us back the product (with cost charged to the customer) and we see that is in perfect condition, we will refund your money back.
If you do not receive your order, we will start a claim to investigate where your package is. It may take up to 90 days for the investigation to conclude. If the package is lost we will refund your money back after 90 days.
