I wanted to try an EEF grind on a steel nib when I wasn't happy with the consistency and fine-ess of a Platinum UEF 14k nib. The grind has been fantastic even for a lefty who holds fountain pens in a not-so traditional manner like me. It's finer than a 0.38 jetstream ballpoint or a 0.38 signo gel pen and about on par with a 0.2 orenz pencil for some comparison. It's perfect to be able to write completely in cursive on a single line of a 4mm grid ruling which is exactly what I was looking for!

The broad curved architect grind has a good amount of variation between vertical and horizontal strokes and can feel like a paintbrush when writing cursive at an angle close to 45º. It is mostly smooth with a touch of pleasant feedback. At a slightly more vertical angle, it writes thinner lines with less variation and close to 90º it produces an extrafine line. Because of that, it is capable of producing bold text as well as small notes without having to reach for another pen.

Fantastic quality every time, this is absolutely my favourite size. Really thin, but not scrachy at all, just a tiny feedback as always in these thin nibs.

Had a Kaweco AL Piston sport M reground to a 0.6mm stub. The nib is smooth and wet. Would definitely get another regrind from FPnibs

Fpnibs regrind of a Jowo EF to EEF is excellent. The line width is 0.2. Sometimes thinner depending on the ink.
