The nib 18-carat gold ruthenium plated. The perfect match is undoubtedly the ebonite feeder, that enhances the always ready writing, soft, generous and precise writing, thanks to the use of the classic piston filling.

The LA DOTTA (the Learned) collection has its roots in the deepest soul of Bologna: that of knowledge, law and culture as a common good. It is a tribute to the city that has made intellect a daily practice, combining rigor and humanity, study and vision. 

The colour is based off the yellow light (Studiorum) of the porticoes.

The hand-made milling on the bright yellow resin on both cap and barrel is designed with the idea of the raw wood used for the first porticoes.
