Visconti fountain pens.
The Comedia collection is Visconti's tribute to the literary genius of Dante Alighieri, born in 1265 in Florence and unanimously considered the greatest Italian poet who ever lived.
The Comedìa fountain pen mounts a large steel nib, combining writing performance and aesthetic pleasantness. The plating of the nib, like that of the other trims, follows a precise color scheme to best represent the cantica from which the pen is inspired: ruthenium for Hell, Caronte and yellow gold for Paradiso, Virgilio.
The Paradiso: light blue with yellow gold finishes, symbolizing the sacred light and joyful nobility of Paradise.
These three different versions of the Comedia are united by a unique band design for this collection, characterized by two bands covered with a hammered texture. Each band is individually engraved by artisans with the word "Comedia" followed by the name of the specific model: Inferno, Purgatorio, or Paradiso.
