Visconti Van Gogh Sunflowers

Visconti Van Gogh “Sunflowers” fountain pen.

Vincent Van Gogh is considered one of the reference painter in the history of art and he has inspired this very successful Visconti pen collection. Visconti's tribute to the great artist, created from a unique blend of resins representing an oil palette.

Each pen is dedicated to a painting. The meticulous selection of resins and their color mix is one of the major innovations introduced by this line. It is enriched with a dedicated ring decorated with the name of the painting inspiring the pen.

The name of the painting and artist are delicately engraved around the pen's ring, and each pen is packed into a unique gift box that is complemented with a faithfully reproduced canvas of the painting.

The barrel and cap are made of 18 facets, a shape used for the first time in Visconti designs.

(A10) The Visconti fountain pen has a special stainless steel nib Van Gogh engraving and uses standard international cartridges or a converter.

The fountain pen has a unique magnetic closing system which makes it very easy to open and close; differently from the normal "snap" system it does not become loose with the time being. It is enriched with a dedicated metal ring decorated.

The top of each pen displays a circular metal Visconti logo as standard, held in place with a strong magnetic force.

The clip is unique to Visconti and reveals the origin of the brand as it takes inspiration from the Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) in Florence.

All the metal parts of the pen are made in brass and then palladium plated.

The pen’s box comes with a picture of the Van Gogh painting it is dedicated too.
